Job Description
Organize microbiological testing activities, including sterility testing, microbial limit testing, endotoxin testing, and cleanroom environment monitoring.
Assign personnel according to the production plan and supervise the quality of working procedures.
Approve microbiological test results and report deviations and OOS cases.
Manage equipment such as biosafety cabinets, incubators, LAL testing equipment, and culture media.
Ensure that the testing laboratory meets the required cleanroom classification.
Train and periodically evaluate employees.
Participate in validation and environmental monitoring programs.
Candidate Requirements
Graduated from university/college, majoring in Microbiology, Biology, or equivalent fields.
At least 3 years of experience in microbiological testing, including 1 year of team management experience.
Good understanding of sterility testing, microbial limit testing, and LAL testing methods.
Ability to manage equipment, laboratory environment, and personnel.
Compliance with GMP and biosafety requirements.
