Job Description
Arrange and preserve raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products in accordance with GMP/GSP/GDP standards.
Directly participate in warehouse operations such as receiving and issuing goods.
Ensure that goods are stored properly and comply with the First In – First Out principle: FIFO.
Monitor and maintain warehouse conditions, including temperature, humidity, hygiene, and fire safety.
Ensure that warehouse activities are properly recorded and documented.
Ensure that materials and goods in the warehouse are arranged neatly and orderly.
Record and update data in the system, and store documents in accordance with regulations.
Coordinate with relevant departments in quality control and raw material issuance.
Carry out periodic/ad-hoc inventory counts, reconcile data, and handle inventory discrepancies.
Comply with GMP, GSP, GDP procedures and standards, as well as the company’s safety regulations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Candidate Requirements
Graduated from an intermediate vocational program in Pharmacy or higher. Candidates with a pharmacy practice certificate or pharmaceutical warehouse management certificate are preferred.
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in Pharmaceuticals, Biology,
Food, or other industries requiring GMP/GSP/GDP standards.
Knowledge of GMP, GSP, and GDP standards.
Good organizational, arrangement, and warehouse document management skills.
Careful, honest, highly responsible, and compliant with procedures.
Good English skills for work purposes.
